Last year--I think on this list--there was a discussion of ways to send
registration fees to Britain in British money without paying exorbitant
fees. Someone recommended a bank or other financial agency in Chicago. I
didn't need that information then; now I do. Does anyone have the name and
address that I so improvidently discarded?
