The Victorian Web

http://www.stg.brown.edu/projects/hypertext/landow/victorian/vn/victorov.html

The Victorian Web was developed from Brown University's Context 61, which
is as a resource for courses in Victorian literature. The Web site derived
from Context 32, founded in Spring 1985 as part of Brown University's
Institute for Research in Information and Scholarship (IRIS) Intermedia
project, which IBM, Apple Computers, the Annenberg/CPB Project, and other
sources funded. The site was created and edited by George P. Landow,
Professor of English and Art History at Brown University, who is
responsible for maintaining the site. The Web is divided into twelve
sections: The Reality of Victorianism; Description of Victorianism;
Victorian Doubt and Victorian Architecture; Opposing Forces in Victorian
Architecture; Victorian Design; Race in Thought and Science; Tennyson and
Victorianism; The Victorian Gentleman; Crisis of Organized Religion;
Victorian Doubt in God; Queen Victoria; and Victorians and Moderns. It
would be an excellent addition to any history of Victorian Britain class.

Sincerely,
