Here is a list I concocted earlier, for graduate programs in Irish
studies. The caveat below still apples, my alma mater American Univ.
has two excellent people, one in history and one in lit and courses of
study are available from many other schools. Those below were gleaned
from the new directory of Irish studies published by the American
Conference of Irish Studies which lists courses at over 400 schools.

Here's a list I concocted recently on Irish Studies of for someone else.
There are of course many other schools where Irish history or lit people
can direct research and so forth, toward whatever degree but these are
the most developed programs.
Boston College, Boston Univ., Catholic (but almost exclusively in lit), U
Mass Amherst, Queen's college, College of St. Thomas in St. Paul., Stone
Hill College, UMass Boston, UKansas, Notre Dame, Berkeley.
