Dangerfield's _Strange Death of Liberal England_ is a classic in its way
and a rollicking good read, but surely, having been written in 1935, is just
a trifle dated, as are (a fortiori) the secondary sources listed in the
brief bibliography.
I would be extremely reluctant to recommend any one or two texts on
Edwardian England other than the obvious ones which a cursory search of the
catalogue of any academic library should turn up. Like all general texts,
they are of limited usefulness for serious scholarly work.
