How detailed? I have on my shelves the *Handbook of English Costume in
the 17th C* by C.W Cunnington & P Cunnington [Faber & Faber 1972] which
offers fairly detailed information on costume, hairstyles etc more or
less by decade. You might try writing to the V&A to ask for
further suggestions.
