Subscribers might be interested to learn that the British Government
has recently placed information on Northern Ireland on the web - as
part of its `open government' drive. One of the interesting facets is
a newsletter of sorts called `Good News', a digest of positive
stories which might prove useful to anyone teaching on Northern
Ireland and in need of balance to accompany the gore. It is, of
course, an exercise in propaganda - but a much-needed one!
