I'm currently undertaking research (for an M.Sc.and possible subsequent
Ph.D.) into the history of the woollen textile industry in the Bath area
of the West of England, particularly on technical advances at the four
mills at Twerton from the 1780s to the 1840s (factory systems, new
processes etc.). Anyone in a similar line of research, willing to share
thoughts?
