England vs. Britain

Another Editor's Note: I am not unsympathetic. I am merely saying that
if we pick up information from postings not on H-Albion we cannot edit
them. If most of the list feels strongly that terminology is more
important than the information provided in posts like the one on the Web,
let me know and the editorial board will discuss a policy about what not to
post.--Sharon

Perhaps a review of editorial policy is required then. We - Scots,
Irish, Welsh - are NOT being picky, or a little bit touchy. We are
refusing to be marginalised. And we don't want to be part of Greater
England, thanks very much. Could I suggest that editors don't post
this kind of thing without a health warning? ;-)

Michael,
This was exactly my point a while ago when the same thing happened.
And no doubt Tom MacRae, Elizabeth Ewan etc. will confirm that we
need to keep re-iterating this same point until the culprits
understand.
"Chan eil mi sasunach - tha mi albannach",
"Ah'm no english, ah'm a Scot, sae dinnae scunner me wi' thir
