Editor's note:
Our apologies to those subscribers who have elected the
digest option (that is, having all their message sent in a
single message each evening). For the first week or two,
the listserv was incorrectly sending disests each week. As
a result, some of you may have received an excessively
long digest (about 2000 lines!). The problem has now
been corrected and digests are being issued daily, as was
our intent.
