Due to an error in space allocation on the MSU mainframe, H-AFRICA
was unable to function for an extended time Thursday and Friday. And
since I was away from my computer longer than normal during that same
time, fixing the problem was further delayed. As a result, there has
been no traffic on the list for almost two days and the processing of
subscriptions has been curtailed as well. I am informed the problems
have been corrected and the list will be operating once again.
It may be that several messages posted to list on Thursday were not
distributed to subscribers. Just to be certain that all mail
intended for the list has been sent out, I am going to post those
messages again. My apologies to anyone who receives these for a
second time.
