Talent development and knowledge exchange
The successful applicant will be expected to be able to identify the development potential of junior researchers, to contribute to the talent development and supervision of PhD students, and to design and teach PhD courses. Moreover, it will be expected that the successful applicant will engage in knowledge exchange as mentioned in the strategy for the Faculty of Arts, for instance in research cooperation with private companies, government consultancy, cooperation with civil society or the public dissemination of knowledge.
