The search is part of a broader initiative to enhance the Department’s strength in the study of U.S. histories of race and empire. The successful candidate will develop and teach introductory and upper division courses with capacity for large enrollments of diverse students. All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research, and service. The anticipated start date is September 16, 2020.
