Part-time visiting lecturer in Science & Technology Studies
The Department of Science & Technology Studies at Cornell University invites applications for a 1-year, part-time visiting lecturer. The visiting lecturer will teach one course on ethical issues in healthcare and medicine, one course on environmental ethics, and one course that introduces science & technology studies. This appointment is for one-year only.
A Master’s degree is required; Ph.D. is preferred in science & technology studies or a closely related field, such as anthropology, history or sociology of science, technology, or medicine. The successful candidate should also have demonstrated teaching ability.
