The University of Nebraska at Omaha seeks a tenure-track, Assistant Professor in Religious Studies with a Ph.D. in Religious Studies or a cognate field (e.g., history, sociology/anthropology, law, etc.) to teach two courses per semester, conduct research, and engage in Community Service activities related to the study of religion and human rights. In addition, active participation in departmental program development is required. The person hired to fill this position will also be the first recipient of the Goldstein Family Community Chair which has a renewable term of five years.
