The Department of History is seeking applications for a tenure track appointment in African American History for its Queens campus beginning September 1, 2017. Teaching will be at undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must have a Ph.D., teaching experience, and promising research agenda.

Preliminary interviews will take place at the American Historical Association (AHA) meeting in Denver in January 2017.
