The Department of History at the University of Nebraska at Kearney invites applications for a tenure- track assistant professor in US-Mexico Borderlands History. This individual will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of specialization, advise MA theses, provide service to the department, university, and community, and assist with the department’s Digital and Public History programs.
Required Qualifications: PhD in History with research and teaching fields in US-Mexico Borderlands.
Preferred Qualifications: Publications and conference presentations in area of specialization, training and experience with Digital History or Public History, online teaching experience, and grant writing experience.
