The Agnes Scott College History Department invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant rank in the history of the Modern Middle East. The 3/2 teaching load will include a survey of the Modern Middle East and upper-level courses in the candidate’s specialty. Ph.D. in History preferred; advanced ABDs considered. The successful candidate will possess teaching experience and a commitment to working with a socially and economically diverse student population.
