INSTRUCTOR, U. S. HISTORY. The Department of History at The University of Memphis invites applications for a non-tenure-track Instructor with the ability to teach survey courses in United States History to start August 2015.
The position is a one-year appointment with full benefits with the possibility of renewal for two additional years. Instructor will teach 12 credit hours per semester for a 4/4 teaching load. Successful candidates will possess good teaching skills, a commitment to student success, and strong research credentials. Ph.D. in History required by the time of appointment.
