Instructor (South Asian History) -- Department of Asian Studies
The Department of Asian Studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges invites applications for a three-course position in South Asian history for the 2015-2016 academic year. We welcome scholars representing various specialized fields and interpretive approaches, and ABDs or PhDs. Research interests are open although the candidate must be willing to teach both modern and early modern topics. Teaching will include a co-taught cornerstone course for Asian Studies (ASN 101), and surveys on South Asian history.
