The Government Department and the African Studies Program at St. Lawrence University invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in African Politics. Regional and thematic specialization is open but candidates must be able to offer courses in both Government and the university’s interdisciplinary African Studies program. Teaching load is three courses per semester. There is opportunity to participate in the university’s interdisciplinary First Year Program. Candidates with Ph.D. in hand preferred, though ABD candidates may be considered. Position begins August 17, 2015.
