Middle East History. Assistant Professor. Ph.D. in Middle East History required by August 2015. Teaching experience and publications preferred. Preference for candidate able to teach Middle East diplomatic history. Other teaching responsibilities will include courses in candidate's other areas of expertise and the world history survey course sequence. Participation in graduate instruction in Masters level programs in Liberal Studies and Social Sciences possible. The History Department also currently provides support for teacher certification programs in history and social studies and Dual Enrollment Educational Partnership. Other upper and lower division courses in the applicant's specialty welcome. Program of scholarly production expected.
