The Department of History at Idaho State University seeks a tenure-track, assistant professor in environmental history with a transnational perspective on any region outside North America. To support our graduate program in digital history, we seek applicants with an established record of using geospatial technology or other digital methods. A Ph.D. in history, geography, or related field is required at appointment in August 2015. Successful candidates will demonstrate a growing record of scholarship, commitment to teaching, including high-quality online courses, and potential for successful grant funding.
