The Department of History and Political Science at Huntington University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Political Science, beginning Fall 2015. Applicants should possess or be close to completing a doctorate in Political Science or a related field, and should be familiar with methods of historical scholarship. Responsibilities include teaching introductory courses in Historical Perspectives on Culture and Civilization and upper-level courses in the candidate’s field, as well as supporting courses in the university’s Criminal Justice program.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about teaching and is an effective teacher-scholar.
