The Department of Religious Studies at Stanford University invites nominations and applications in the area of early Christianity and/or Christianity in late antiquity for the Teresa Hihn Moore Professorship.
We seek a senior scholar of distinction in the field, with an outstanding record of research and scholarship and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and advising students at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
The appointment will be at the full professor level, but scholars at the advanced associate level are also encouraged to apply.
For full consideration, applications must be received by October 31, 2014. The term of appointment would begin September 1, 2015 or as soon as practicable thereafter.
