The School of Religion in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, California) invites applications for a tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of Religion, specializing in Jews and Jewish life in the modern Mediterranean (ca. 1800 to present), anticipated to begin Fall 2014. Candidates should have a PhD by the start date and should have demonstrated the promise of excellence in both research and teaching.
