Texas A&M University--Commerce seeks to hire a tenure-track assistant professor for an appointment beginning January 2014. Ph.D. in History required by time of appointment. Major field must be modern U.S. African American history or Black Studies with a specialty in United States history. Graduate field, minor, graduate certificate, or significant experience in public history required.
