The Jewish Studies Program, College of Arts and Sciences, Cornell University, invites applications from distinguished scholars to hold the Thomas and Diann Mann Professorship in Modern Jewish studies (sub-discipline open), a tenured position at the full professorial level. The successful candidate will have the ability to offer a range of Jewish Studies courses in the modern era and to demonstrate control of the relevant languages for her/his subfield of study. The person appointed will be a member of both the Jewish Studies program and an appropriate disciplinary department in the College of Arts and Sciences.
