The Harvard University History Department invites applications for two tenured professorial appointments in the field of Latin American history, broadly defined. The appointments are expected to begin in the fall 2009, and the successful candidates will be affiliated with Harvard Universitys David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies. Applicants are expected to have a distinguished scholarly and teaching record and to be prepared to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
