Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. The DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY AND PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE invites applicants for a one-year Visiting Lecturer position to begin Fall 2007. The successful applicant must be able to teach a graduate seminar in the history of science from antiquity to 1750. In addition, the position involves teaching one other graduate-level course and two undergraduate courses, to be designed by the applicant in consultation with the Department. The Department especially encourages applicants interested in integrating historical and philosophical perspectives on science. Applicants with the Ph.D. in hand will be given first preference.
