Applications are invited for a one-year Contractually Limited Term Appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in Canadian history, Department of Humanities, University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), to begin July 1, 2007. Period and specialization are open, but the successful candidate will be expected to teach survey courses in the pre-1885 and post-1885 eras as well as third or fourth year courses of his or her choice. Ph.D. in hand or near completion and clear evidence of excellence in teaching and research are required.
