The sixth issue of Entremons: UPF Journal of World History is now available. Entremons is a grad student-run, peer-review journal of world history based at Institut Universitari d'Història Jaume Vicens Vives at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain. This issue includes articles on diasporic communities in Korea and Barcelona. Also featured are studies on methodology and an essay on debates on forms of political organization in interwar Southern Europe.
The call for papers for the seventh issue is now open. Grad students working on topics of global interconnectedness and interaction are strongly encouraged to send drafts. Please refer to our guidelines before submitting. The deadline is December 1, 2014. Entremons is listed in DOAJ, as well as Spanish and Catalan open-access scientific journal directories. Authors retain copyright.
