The College of International Security Affairs (CISA) at Ft. Bragg is pleased to announce a call for papers for its Joint Special Operations strategic studies conference. The conference will be held on Friday May 30, 2014, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
The organizing committee is seeking graduate students completing work towards a Master’s or Doctoral degree, in any social science or humanities discipline, to submit proposals on any strategic studies topic with relevance to the special operations community (including Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations).
Respondents will be drawn from both faculty and practitioners based at Ft. Bragg, offering presenters a unique opportunity for feedback from academic and special operations perspectives.
Interested students are asked to submit an abstract (no more than 250 words), and a current C.V., to Carolyne Davidson via davidsonCISA@gmail.com. The deadline for proposals is March 31, 2014. If selected, participants will be expected to submit their final papers no later than May 5, 2014.
