The 3rd Annual Southeast Asian Studies Symposium will be held at Keble College, Oxford OX1 3PG on 22-23 March 2014. There are 44 panels with nearly 150 papers spread over 50 sessions. These include seven roundtables on energy, environment, healthcare, and other important contemporary issues. Speakers and paper presenters come from over 20 countries, and represent a wide array of disciplines and expertise. One keynote will be delivered by Stephen Lillie, Head of the Asia-Pacific Directorate of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The afterdinner speech will be delivered by Sir David Weatherall, Regius Professor of Medicine Emeritus, University of Oxford and Patron of Project Southeast Asia.
