I am searching for two panelists to complete a panel focused on the CIA and its global interventions and practices for the World History Association's Annual Conference in Costa Rica from July 15-18, 2014. Since a co-theme of the conference is "Latin America and the World," preference will be given to papers centered on the CIA and Latin America, but submissions focused on CIA interventions in the rest of the world will be carefully considered as well. David Díaz Arias of the University of Costa Rica has already agreed to serve as the panel's chair/commentator. Interested parties should send a 250 word abstract, one page CV, and brief biographical blurb (all in English), to Jacob Hogan (firstname.lastname@example.org)as soon as possible. The deadline for submissions is December 15, 2013.
