A two-day international research workshop in Geneva on minorities in the Middle East during the colonial and postcolonial era has been jointly organized by Jordi Tejel (Graduate Institute Geneva) and Benjamin T. White (University of Birmingham). It will take place on November 8 and 9 at Maison de la Paix, which houses the Graduate Institute Geneva.
Funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, the Pierre du Bois Foundation, the Levant Foundation and the Graduate Institute Geneva, the workshop is bringing young promising scholars, who are soon to become high-caliber experts in the field.
