The Department of Philosophy and the Graduate School at Stony Brook University in Manhattan will be hosting the eighth independent conference of the Hannah Arendt Circle, March 21-22, 2014.
We invite individual submissions for papers on any aspect of Arendt's work, including critiques and applications of her thinking.
Please send an abstract of the paper (750 word limit) as an email (“.doc”) attachment. Abstracts should be formatted for anonymous review and submitted to the program committee chair, Lisa Stenmark (Lisa.Stenmark@sjsu.edu) on or before December 15th, 2013. Please indicate "Arendt Circle submission" in the subject heading of your email message.
Decisions will be announced January 10th, 2014.
