The University of Central Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts, the Confucius Institute at the University of Oklahoma, and the Asian Studies Development Program affiliated with the East West Center, University of Hawai’i invite teachers, scholars, and university students interested in the philosophy, history, and culture of China to attend a faculty workshop, 12-14 September 2013 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Quail Springs, Oklahoma City. An international blue-ribbon panel of scholars, including Roger Ames, Jeffrey Dippmann, Peter Hershock, Stanley Murashige, Richard Smith, Lars Tharp, Guobin Yang, Tan Ye, and Paolo Zamperini will provide lectures and workshop materials that aim to enrich existing curriculum offerings.
