Papers are called for from academics, managers and practitioners to share the latest research and insights into sustainable leadership practices. Sustainable leadership incorporates those behaviors, practices and systems that create enduring value for all stakeholders of organizations including investors, the environment, suppliers, customers, other species, future generations and the community. Topics can include new perspectives on sustainable leadership; applications and case studies; critical perspectives; challenges in applying sustainable practices; changing mindsets and behaviors; specific sustainable leadership practices; and the cultural relevance of sustainable practices.
Abstracts of 100-200 words will be reviewed before being recommended for development into full papers. Full papers are double blind refereed before acceptance for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings.
Some delegates may prefer to participate in an interactive practitioner panel to discuss challenges and successes in implementing sustainable practices, and answer related audience questions. A brief abstract explaining reasons for wanting to join the panel is required by 15 December, 2013.
