The annual Dublin Seminar for New England Folklife, sponsored by Historic Deerfield, will present a three-day conference of seventeen lectures, a supporting workshop, and demonstrations on the subject of New Englandís culinary history from 1600 to the present. The program complements and expands on scholarly developments presented at a previous Seminar held thirty-one years ago in Deerfield in 1982. The conference will also feature an optional workshop on artisan cheese making on Friday afternoon, and ongoing open hearth cooking demonstrations. The conference will be held June 21-23, 2013 at Historic Deerfield in Deerfield, MA.
