The SAARC Cultural Centre would be organizing the “SAARC Regional Seminar on Safeguarding Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions of South Asia in Sigiriya, Sri Lanka for 2 days from 29 to 30 April 2013 and a Post-Seminar Tour on 1 May 2013.
