Our goal is to take an interdisciplinary look on authority in upbringing, education and schooling in some basic environments and agendas, such as family, peers group, school, local community, media, religion and church. The conference can hopefully become the place, where researchers from various fields can meet and exchange their thoughts. Authority researchers, the representatives of the humanities and social sciences, who are familiar with the issue either in theory or practice. Personalities and institutions as well as certain value systems considered to have authority will appear in discussion. The conference is addressed to academic staff representing education and other social sciences and humanities as well as school and college teachers, psychologists, therapists, NGO and self-government activists that are engaged in education field.

Proposal with title, abstract (max 1500 symbols) and key words: deadline 22 April 2013.

Key words should not include words from the title. Oral presentation is up to 15 minutes. Paper should be min 20 000 symbols max 25 000 symbols. Papers can be published without participation. Organizers do not cover the travel or accommodation expenses though can assist in search of the best accommodation near the conference site.
