A five-day visual urbanism workshop exploring how urban photography, architecture, regeneration and planning processes, tourism, migration and arts interventions can transform social perceptions and geographical links between cities, coastal towns and surrounding regions.
The workshop will take place at Bognor Regis Resort, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 1JJ, UK between 11th – 15th March 2013.
Tutors include: Peter Marlow (Magnum Photos), David Kendall (Goldsmiths, University of London) and Rebecca Locke (Goldsmiths, University of London). The workshop will culminate in a dual-site, public outdoor projection of images produced over the four days, to be held at the historic Bognor Regis Pier, and at Butlins’ Shoreline Hotel.
