Contribute to ABC-CLIO’s Encyclopedia of Irish-American History
Call for encyclopedia entries. The editors of the forthcoming Encyclopedia of Irish-American History (ABC-CLIO) are seeking authors to write entries in a wide variety of topics in Irish-American history, including politics, labor, the church, the military, arts and culture, entertainment, and sports.
Prospective authors are asked to send a curriculum vitae and list of entries you wish to write to the editors, Dr. William Watson and Dr. Gene Halus of Immaculata University, at: wwatson@immaculata.edu and ehalus@immaculata.edu
The schedule of fees paid is as follows: 750 words: $50; 1500 words: $100; 3,001 words: $300; 3751-4500 words: $350; 4501-5250 words: $400; 5251-6000 words: $450; 6001-6750 words: $500; 6751-7500 words: $550; 7501 + words: $600.
Entry lengths are listed below, and range from 500 words to 1000 words.
