We are looking for three authors for a panel on the "FEMALE BREADWINNER" for the 38th Annual Meeting of the Social Science History Association (Nov 21-24, Chicago, www.ssha.org).
The panel focuses on gender roles and power in female breadwinning-households, historically and today. We already have one sociology paper analyzing negotiations in heterosexual couples, comparing different social milieus, in Germany.
We are seeking three more panelists, preferably with a historical perspective or a focus on other cultural contexts.
