The Epsilon Tau Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta at the University of Louisiana-Monroe invites interested undergraduate and graduate
students to submit papers for publication in the second issue of our online journal, Message to Garcia. This scholarly journal is peer reviewed, and one need not be a member of Phi Alpha Theta to submit. The deadline for the receipt of papers is Friday, March 1, 2013. Initial reviews will be completed by Friday, March 15, 2013, and publication decisions will be made by Monday, April 15, 2013.
