The summer school of 2013 will take place in Marseille and is intended for doctoral students of history, political science, sociology, anthropology or indeed anyone whose research is situated at the crossroads between the various domains of culture and urban studies. Students will be placed in the hands of a group of internationally recognized researchers. They will also follow a unique program of study developed by the EHESS, which will consist of a teaching component whose principles will be put into practice through field research. All findings will in turn be compiled in a digital field notebook.
