This talk provides a comparative perspective on trends, production and local consequences of gated communities in Paris and LA. Renaud Le Goix is Professor of Geography at the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and an Alliance Program Visiting Professor at Columbia in Spring 2013.
