Proposals in 200-300 words may be sent on or before 15 March. The acceptance of proposals will be communicated latest by 10 April. The final paper, 5000-8000 words long, must be submitted by 30 June. Registration opens on 15 July and ends on 30 July. Registration fee is Rs. 1500/-. The Institute will provide accommodation and reimbursement of 2nd AC train fare to participants from outside Delhi for travel within India, and a transport allowance of Rs. 500 for participants from Delhi.
