JJBR aims to address the most fundamental problems of business management in a multidisciplinary framework. JJBR is a blind peer reviewed research journal that seeks to collate and disseminate knowledge in the field of business and management with a multi-disciplinary theoretical and conceptual approach. It aims to provide a platform for academicians and practitioners to interact and exchange their ideas in a structured and peer reviewed manner. The journal is intended towards management researchers, educators, policymaker, practitioners and students. We invite original research articles in the broad context of business and management with the objective of extending existing business and management theories and bringing to forefront the application of existing concepts in an innovative and diverse manner. Further we invite competitive research articles, applied research papers, research notes, executive insights and case studies, review papers, opinion pieces and perspectives, book reviews, and executive insights posited in global research context.
