Online Research in Digitized Judicial Records at the Missouri State Archives

The website for the Missouri State Archives (MSA) online Supreme Court of Missouri Historical Records database has been upgraded. Thanks to a 2010 grant from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission, the website now includes links to digital images of the case files of the Supreme Court of Missouri from 1821 to 1865 in addition to abstracts of all the criminal and civil court cases appealed to the General Court of the Territory of Louisiana, the Superior Court of the Territory of Missouri, and the Supreme Court of Missouri to 1868, with some additional cases to 1889.
